Support latest trpl book #53

Hi, thanks a lot for your work on that.

Unfortunately it seems severely outdated as of now; would it be possible to support 2018 edition of the book?

Oh, I checked other issues before posting my own, but didn't check pull requests. I believe https://github.com/killercup/trpl-ebook/pull/52 will resolve that issue, when merged.
