feat(tooltip): add tooltip for rects #5

Please change it to toFixed(0). The Mortal outputs are very noisy so I don't want to suggest more precision than that.

Also on my system the tooltop value is under the cursor. Can you move the tooltip to be above the bar? I tried a few transform/translate things but couldn't get it to work.

Also I'm thinking instead to somehow add a table that shows the values instead of the tooltips. If a user really want to know these numbers it's going to be very annoying to hover each bar individually.
