Normalize audio recorded from streaming video #154

Idea: Send video's current volume to the background script. Audio recorder should apply some kind of filter that normalizes the audio based on the volume number.

I am having issues with the volume of mined sound. It's way too high, so I need to edit it later. Is there a way to fix it? I tried lowering the player volume and tried using an extension to control tab volume. Both failed. I already have a large deck so I can't lower it using anki's volume.
