If dictionary popup is detected, pause video #430

If it could detect a dictionary popup (like yomitan) and paused the video automatically it would be a nice improvement to see. Especially as I test this extension on kiwi browser, where the extension is doing better than expected! And when the popup closes, video resuming would be perfect.

On mobile, pause-on-hover may not be sufficient.
