Fails to work with latest Chrome #139

Demo link or sample code:
http://google-maps-utility-library-v3.googlecode.com/svn/tags/keydragzoom/2.0.5/
examples/dragzoom.html

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the demo map with latest version of Chrome i'm using v 15.0.874.106
2. Perform a drag zoom - first time it works fine.
3. All subsequent drag zooms fail.

Expected result:
Drag zoom should work every time NOT just the first time it is used.

Actual result:
After an initial successful drag zoom, all attempts to drag zoom fail.
Pressing the 'activate key' or clicking the drag zoom icon enables the veil.
But left click and start to draw a rectangle and the rectangle doesn't enlarge
as your drag the mouse.
Release the mouse left button and the rectangle now appears BUT the map doesn't
pan and zoom to the selected rectangle.

Version: This happens with all versions of KeyDragZoom i have tried so far.

Browser / Operating System: Chrome v 15.0.874.106 on Windows 7 64 bit.

Everything works fine with the latest version of Chrome on Mac OS X.

OK, I've just found a PC and have seen the problem running Windows. Weird.

The problem still exists (Chrome V17.x). Any ideas? I urgently need to get this
fixed.

This problem can also occur using the latest firefox under Windows XP 32 Bit.
But it isn't that easy to reproduce like in chrome.
Here you have to zoom 10-14 times to provoke this bug !

v2.0.6 probably fixes this and is currently in the trunk.

Many thanks Gary.
I have just tested the new library in different cases and it seems to work now,
except of some little runaways.
(for example if you execute this zoom function while the site is not completely
loaded in the backend etc. but then you just have to try it again and it works)
