Markerclusterer are not visible on print or print preview #79

Try to use "Print preview" on Firefox and you will see a white rectangle with 
number instead of clusterer icon.
Tested on svn revision 287.

Browser / Operating System:
Firefox 3.5/4 on Linux (Mandriva 2010.2 x86_64)

Proposed solution:
I modified the code to use an img tag into the div instead of a background 
image. In this way the clusterer icon is visible in printing also.
If you want I can send you my modifications.

I tried out MarkerClustererPlus and after setting printable to true, did not 
see this issue. Thanks.
