It should work. Add the ONC file, then try a blocked website. It should say 1 networks imported
, then do chrome://restart
. I have tested many Chromebooks (around 10) and they all work, with Securly. Don't forget this will not work with filtering applications on the computer itself (not the browser)
@killsecurly it dosent do anything for me, i have securely although it does show 1 networks imported but when I restarted my chrome it shows the administrator/managed icon on the wifi.

@dekid69, The Admin icon should be there, though the Securly notifications (for example, Class session is active
) should not come up and your screen would not be displayed. Also, you must create an ONC file for every single network that you join.
Make sure to press the +
next to the Wi-Fi that you want to disable Securly on.
@killsecurly it still doesn't work, my school doesn't use class session thing but the DNS server is always reverting back to my school's DNS router whenever I restart my chromebook

Get the IP from a random DNS server online that you can use, then go to the ONC download page. Click Advanced, then put in the IP for the DNS server. If your school's DNS is there, remove it from the list.
Closed due too old issue, fixed with v1.3.0.
I import the kill.onc file and nothing happens.
