Show the rank in the country infobox, for both data sets (carto & shading).

Any thoughts on how we translate the rank to “Medium”, etc?

Maybe something like:

• Top 5% – Very high
• Top 20% – High
• Middle 60% – Medium
• Bottom 20% – Low
• Bottom 5% – Very low

?
