Displays a blank page while it loads, with no sign anything is happening.

Intro does not play.

SVG animations don’t work.

I’m starting to think it’s a dead loss and we should just sorry-page it!

Okay, let’s use Modernizr to detect browsers that don’t support SVG+SMIL, and redirect them to a sadface page.
