Need to add data for missing countries #4

I thought World Bank country list was complete but a few notable exceptions are screwing things up.

Yep, I need to do some infilling I think. Was hoping I might not have to but actually the missing countries are being overrepresented, especially in Africa … e.g. consumption emissions. To help me do it, could you possibly do another dump of the data, this time including all the map data as well as country code, continent and country name?

There should be a permanently up-to-date dump in Dropbox. (It's automatically updated by the script that reloads the data.) Is that not what you want?

Oh, cool, thanks, didn't realise it was kept up to date. Only problem is that it's missing country names. Easy to add?

I smashed this for the maps data. Might come back to the shading data if time.
