Default skeleton template build fails on Windows #1

The less script fails saying that node_modules is not recognised as an internal or external command.

Changing node_modules/less/bin/lessc to just lessc makes it work in the case I tried. I’m a little reluctant just to change it back, because I changed it in response to a problem and less.js issue #2689 suggests it doesn’t reliably work from the node_modules/.bin directory.

I’ve changed it back to just lessc in 2.4.0.
