On /preview Flourish.environment should be "preview" (as per the app), not "sdk".

Shouldn’t the SDK let you test with different values of Flourish.environment?

Maybe we should retire “sdk” as an option – why would one want to make a template behave differently in the SDK? – and add a drop down menu or something.

PS. I’ve removed the bug label, since this is working as designed, though I agree the design isn’t ideal!
