`next` doesn't run on 6.x #46

Just a heads up, not sure if it's of concern or not :) Due to the use of async/await which isn't supported on 6.x. I uh just learnt that Node has been on 10.x for months now and I'm way behind!

Thanks, @hughsk! I've just released version 3.3.1, which specifies in package.json that it needs at least Node 8.
