compiling compsize under openSUSE Leap 42.3 #8

I had no luck compiling compsize after installing btrfs-progs (or btrfsprogs) I had to also install libbtrfs-devel described as include files and libraries for developing with Btrfs. Would be nice to mention this in the Readme.md please.

Otherwise great tool, thank you very much!
