What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm trying to play gamecube backups off of a USB hard drive partition.
In the system settings I expect to see a DML option so I can change to to DM,
yet it doesn't exist.
What version of the product are you using?
I'm using CFG70 Mod 51, with DIOS-MIOS 2.9 installed.
If its a problem with GC games, what DIOS MIOS (Lite) version is used?
I'm using regular DIOS MIOS 2.9, I also tried 2.8 but the same issue occurred.
I also tried cfg70 mod 50 and there's still no DML option for me to change to
DM.
If an exception occurs, please attach a picture of it.
The menu looks the same as if it should be there, but it's not.
Please attach the log file if possible (system->debug->save debug).
Please attach a syscheck if possible.
Please provide any additional information below.
I'm not sure what other information will be helpful... I've been trying to work
around that, but i just get a black screen when I try to load gamecube games.
The DIOS MIOS splash screen doesn't ever appear and I've waited 20 minutes
before shutting down the wii.
