Update CSS #3

In this PR, i will convert the CSS to a LESS file. I will also modify the design of the ChromecastTech.

I changed the design of the player while its casting now @keepinmind. What do you think? I have to look how i do the translation of "CASTING TO".

VideoJS supports localization since version 4.7! After the upgrade, i will translate it. For now i will just write it in english.
