This will follow: https://github.com/kim/opentracing/pull/25#issuecomment-699558560 I haven't been able to complete this yet.

I've been trying to get a recent stack resolver working with gogol-0.3.0, but that causes quite a bit of trouble due to servant being in the stackage snapshot at a much later and incompatible version. So I guess the only way forward is to upgrade gogol. As the CloudTrace v2 API seems to have rather different semantics, I'd need to read up on it.
