I was trying to execute the VP8 encoder and decoder using Visual Studio 2010 
and I went through the readme file that was available on the Website.
I am a rookie at this and I found the instructions in the readme file 
incomplete. 
Can someone please help me with the complete instructions to run the VP8 source 
code.

I need a little bit more information to triage this...

1) Can you include a link to the page?
2) Can you give some details about what went wrong? (i.e. where the 
instructions and reality parted ways, or when you ran into build errors during 
the process)
