Not sure if this is the right repo for this issue, but i couldn't find the repo for the expenses plugin
Generally though for the expenses, sometimes you have the case where you need to double track billing,
example travel costs: employee uses the privat car and will get 0.38€/km reimbursement for it. i need to track if i reimbursed to the employee on the one hand, on the other hand i need to bill it to the client

a toggle option like "exported" for "reimbursed"
Describe alternatives you've considered
custom fields. this will work as well, BUT once you are fiddling with the data outside of kimai for the purpose of custom data analysis or so - or in my case when i want to create a small reimbursement form - custom fields can become quite a mess to handle.
it would be a lot nicer to include this as a core feature in the database. exported 1 or 0 and reimbursed 1 or 0
expense categories then might need "reimbursable" as an option to config
