Integrate Expenses fields in input form of time bookings #25

The Expenses module is not really linked to the time and attendance input mask. Idea: If the Expenses module is available in Kimai, automatically use another input mask in which the two relevant input fields for Expenses are also available and can be optionally filled. This would greatly simplify the workflow for the user.

Alternative: No input fields for expenses but a new button beside the "Save" button; " Save & add Expenses". The new button should overtake the datafields of the booking formular to add the belonging expenses.

And it will not be added unless as a paid contract, because this is terribly complicated to add (I don't even have an idea how to start) and only two companies ever asked for it.

The idea was when starting Kimai to check if the expenses module is activ. Depending on this Kimai could change between 2 different pages, the normal one or the new with additive fields for expenses. If this is in your flow possible don't know.

Hi, I'm interested in this feature. Regarding a contract, could you give us a quote? If is possible also for issues #126 and #127 Thanks
