grouped-by-projects: Failed to parse time string #15

When attempting to Preview an Invoice using the grouped-by-projects invoice template, the following error is produced:

Changes could not be saved: An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template ("Failed to parse time string (16/1/24) at position 0 (1): Unexpected character").

Presumably, this is an English locale issue but I can't identify where in the template this time string parsing occurs.

I am also experiencing this issue with the same template. The din5008-invoice template does not have this problem.
