Add total rate to Project overview report #4115

Describe the problem

at the moment there are reports to see inactive and already running projects.

it would be very cool the see a full projects list over all my customers with all projects and their used and open budgets. (including money value - hours * pricing per hour)

Describe the solution you'd like

a new report would be cool, to see all project budgets and not only used and open hours, also amount of money. (hours * pricing per hour)

How is that different from: All + show entries without bookings?

Thanks a lot, didnt found this view yet. but is it possible to show also the € value?

BTW: add a money budget and you will see the money value. Usually you want to limit the money budget to "hours budget * (internal) hourly rate"
