exiting fullscreen in Chrome not working and/or freezing text entry #142

5 reports in OS, all using Chrome (Chrome 35/W7, Chrome 36/W8); 5 reports in Testimony, all using Chrome, of not being able to type at the end of the study. Participants also reported that FS wasn't exited automatically.

Seems to be working fine on Chrome (OSX) after using screenfull.
