table data not cleared after enable lun scan/disable lun scan #36

Architecture: s390x, OS: KVM for IBM z Systems

Page: Host - Storage - Storage Devices list - Add FCP

1) when the lun scan is enabled with "Enable Lunscan" option, the table data should be cleared else "Add all" option fails,,also the refresh button should be disabled since we can't list luns with lun scan enabled. 2) Storage devices list should be refreshed when you add/remove luns.

the patch works fine. issue can be closed.
