No option to select network type. Creating new network causes 502 error #1200

Ubuntu 17.04 running Kimchi 2.5.0. When selecting 'Add Network' under Virtualization-->Network, there is a box to enter a network name and the text 'network type'. However, there is nothing under Network type.

If I enter a network name and click 'create', nothing happens. Attemping to relogin to the interface results in a 502 error until wokd is restarted multiple times.

Checked '/var/log/wok/wok-error.log' but didn't notice any errors.

Is NetworkManager active/running in your host?
