Could you make PPA repository ? #1201

Could you make kimchi's PPA repository ? I'm Ubuntu user.

I want manage kimchi version automatically like below.

first step install

# apt add-repository [Repository URL]
# apt update
# apt install kimchi

upgrade

# apt update
# apt upgrade

this is upgrade include kimchi package.

Instead of creating an APP repo only for Ubuntu. Would be a better option to create a repo for all Linux distributions in the same place. Looking for alternatives in where to host it, since github/github.io don't support rpm/deb ... I'm applying to this OSS Free offer: https://jfrog.com/artifactory/saas-gcp/ So, we can see if it could be an alternative.

We were able to get the approval for OSS Free offer: https://jfrog.com/artifactory/saas-gcp/ The repositories will be available as soon as possible
