Projects created with perl-on-netbeans are not recognized by other versions of Netbeans #18

The regular versions of Netbeans just ignore the project folder.

The regular version of NetBeans needs to have the plugin installed to recognize 
projects. The current version of the IDE is intended to be a standalone 
version. There are plans to have the plugin released in the next release. We 
already have a issue tracking the creation of the plugin.
