Code folding does not appear to work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Write code with structured elements such as if and while as well as some 
subroutines
2. Look for code folding markers on left
3. Notice that they are not there :)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I actually did see a single code folding marker on the left that allowed me to 
fold the documentation/header information. Past that there are no folding 
marks. I would
expect them to be there and to be functional.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Nothing further. Pretty much self explanatory.

Hi Paul,

As of the current version, code folding is in its infant stages and only 
enabled for initial comment blocks. This will be rolled out to subroutines and 
code blocks in the upcoming releases.
