No perl syntax highligting on NB 7.0.1

1. Install NBM files from updates_v0.0.2_Pre-Alpha.zip (Netbeans 7.0.1)
2. Create new Perl project
3. Create new perl script

project only supports 6.9 as far as I know so I'd expect issues with trying it 
under 7

Right now, there are no plans to support 7.

Only after all the planned features have been incorporated, the migration plan 
would be chalked out.

Syntax highlighting working properly from Beta release 2. Although this is 
still in early stages, any suggestions and defects are welcome.
