Make CLI output more readable (colour coding?)

Added a progress bar and a clear counter you can read for whats been checked, whats good and whats failed. Need to clean up the code though, a lot of stuff nested with a lot of if-else statements that are hard to read

Made it so theres multiple progress bars and color coding for each bar. Keeping this issue open since it still needs polish
