Also, make this behaviour user configurable

Seems that if user has neverever touched the setting in (Settings - Display - Orientation) MGConf will return empty. Assume it to be Dynamic. Also, if phone is rebooted when keyboard is slided out, it is possible that orientation gets locked in Landscape. Store current state volatile.
