Fixed gitignore so that it drops the Manifest.toml files

@kimmolinna Thanks for the cool package. While I was checking out the functionality, I added a few files / package boilerplate, let me know if any of this is useful / you would like tweaks or modifications.

One question...would you consider changing your default branch from master -> main, e.g. the new Github default? If you want to keep it as is, let me know and I'll fix the GitHub Actions scripts. :)
