Visual tools for Select Prev and Select Next #175

Unless the user knows about the keyboard shortcuts and is comfortable using
the keybaord, there is no way for them to navigate to the previous or next
element.

It might be good to consider two arrow buttons in the select context panel
that have tooltips and perform Select Prev/Next.
