Need a Keyboard Shortcut (or Help) screen #176

Proposing a button in far bottom-left of editor for launching a separate
window that lists all keyboard shortcuts, maybe links to the FAQ, etc.

I have made a start on this and I was thinking of using tabs to separate 
content into:
- Keyboard shortcuts
- General help, including a simple get started guide, links to FAQ and youtube 
tutorials
- About

Any thoughts on this? Is it worth the extra overhead of the jquery tabs widget?

Any thoughts on localization of the FAQ?

Awesome, thanks for taking this on! :)

Tabs sounds fine, should be able to write a basic script for that myself, if 
you'd like to work on the content.

Localization would indeed be a good idea, so something to keep in mind.

Note that for the keyboard shortcuts, at least, you should be able to use the 
existing localized tooltip strings.
