Add an "about SVG-edit" with credits (AUTHORS) to the drop-down "logo" menu #405

This would allow to give credits to the authors "inside" the web application.

In what browser did you experience this problem?

It could be placed at the bottom of the menu, see:

I'd really like to fix this issue. As SVG-edit is becoming more and more like a
"real" application, it misses the About screen that every decent app has!

Would it be a problem if the current Authors (text) file was transformed into a
HTML
file, and a link from the bottom of the Main menu would open a new tab in the
browser
with that page? (or something like that...)

The main reason I've never taken any action on this is because while true for
regular applications, it doesn't appear to be common for web applications and
gets a little difficult for open source applications. I personally feel the
link to the project page ought to be enough to let people know who is involved
in the project.

That said, we may want to set up a wiki page to list people including the
translators, as they aren't particularly visible elsewhere. What do you think?
