raphaeljs.com gears create strange artifacts

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open new doc in the alpha build using ff 3.6.13
2. Insert a gear of any size from raphaeljs.com set 2
3. Spin the gear atleast 360 degrees clockwise
4. Select/Move the gear 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Seeing large black shadows shooting off the page or creates a stamp effect that 
leaves a black silhouette of the gear when you move the gear around the page.

In what browser did you experience this problem? (ALL, Firefox, Opera, etc)
XP SP3, ff3.6.13

In what version of SVG-edit does the problem occur? (Latest trunk, 2.5.1,
etc)
Alpha build link from the homepage, 2/21/2011 20:54 CST
