Various line stroke and marker issues #792

Turns out there are a few issues going one.

Chrome Only:

1) Changing to dashed/dotted lines also affects end marker appearance
2) Some start/middle/end markers don't work initially, but then show up if you 
change some other line attribute

Firefox and Chrome

1) Dotted and some other options are not visible at default stroke weight with 
Linecap:square or round. If you reduce the stroke, it looks ok.
