Below 40% zoom canvas does not zoom with content #798

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open new document
2. create a box
3. zoom below 40%

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

i expect the canvas to zoom just as the box does, but it stays the same size

In what browser did you experience this problem? (ALL, Firefox, Opera, etc)

Chrome on Ubuntu Linux

In what version of SVG-edit does the problem occur? (Latest trunk, 2.5.1,
etc)

Latest trunk r1771

Please provide any additional information below.

sorry, r1771 was the alpha version, the latest trunk solves this issue
