Browse local image file dialog #804

Inside image url dialog could be a button for local files that would open a 
window to navigate local files (of course) and select the desired image file. 
There could be some kind of warning that the image would not appear online, but 
would be very useful if the user only intend to print it.

It kinda does, but:

f) Get rid of the Image tool on the left (Not at all)

Quick inserting images is a need for a graphic editor. Agree with
merging "insert raster" and "import svg" but plz don't make user click
twice for such a common action.

Thanks, as my comment on Issue 801 states, I later changed my mind: "Actually 
we shouldn't get rid of the Image tool" :)

Closing this issue, please star 801 and comment further there.
