Selection Box #826

Would it be possible that when we re-size an Image, that the selection Box be 
re-sized to the size of the Actual Image.  At the present time when we re-size 
an image the image re-sizes proportional to the box.  Either the Image scales 
disproportional and we need to hold shift when re-sizing to be proportional or 
the selection box re-sizes to the dimensions of the Image.
