Sizing issue when importing with Chrome #857

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. "Import" the attached SVG using Chrome
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be the same size as when you "Open" it, but it is much larger

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
This issue was also reported towards the end of Issue762, but wanted to make it 
a new issue to avoid being lost.
