There is not any facility for hotspot markers, and creating routes #892

There must be an option for the hotspot markers and give animation to the 
marker like onmouseover, onclick etc. And should have facility to link the 
created hotspot markers to user wants.

On a related note:

Some tools (like rectange) permit to associate a URL.
