How to change layer when click object shape on layer another #902

I want to choise shape object on layer 1 and active current layer when current 
layer is layer 2.

please, hepl me!

Go to the other layer with right-hand layer panel?

Marking this as invalid.  If I understand the request, it's if a user selects 
an object on a different layer to automatically switch to that layer.  The 
whole idea was to prevent users from being able to select items on other layers 
- this helps when you want to separate your drawing (i.e. it is the very reason 
that layers exist and we don't just rely on groups).
