Improve intro paragraph and add new usage example to README #107

Everyone hates reading docs so IMO the first example command should do what most people want httm to do and the optimal example command seems to be:

httm -r -d ~

This will be the example command I'll be giving on our uni's motd / login message for using httm, unless you can tell me why I should consider including more switches in this new example command I've added to the README.

These are minor fixes which have already been made or matters of style. I think there is also some question what the "optimal example" is. I appreciate your input but I'm closing.
