These instructions add the option of installing and running PIVOT using
a community-developed Docker image (Docker Hub:
https://hub.docker.com/r/eturkes/pivot-docker Github:
https://github.com/eturkes/PIVOT-docker). It includes Pandoc and Latex
(but not Cell Ranger R Kit, I checked it out and it seems deprecated?).
Feel free to take my code/image and make an official version if you'd
like, it is GPLv2.
