Fix ember-cli-version-checker deprecation warning for accessing "project.nodeModulesPath" with Ember-CLI 2.18.0+.

Closes also #63.

@kimroen if possible can you tag and release with this? I'm hoping it will clean up some ugly build warnings in our app.
