This adds testing to the last five releases of ember and drops support for end-of-life node versions

Not 100% true, since #80 drops CI testing against some established scenarios (i.e., ember 1.13)

True, but it's reflective of the latest blueprint, which I believe we want to move to.

I'll leave it to the lib owner whether they want to drop support for old ember versions as a breaking change. In this case we can continue to support them, and the work to do so is already done.
