下载进度排序问题 #6

原配的WEB 
ctrl都可以按照下载完成进度排序的，但是咱们的TWC却不能按�
��子下载完成进度排序，希望增加此功能。

关于排序的问题，目前只有几列可以排，而且只是当前页，��
�能会在下一次更新时，调整一下排序功能，可以排所有数据�

完成进度排序功能还是有问题，现在从大往小排的话，会出��
� 9.9% > 95% > 8.7% > 85% > 
100%的顺序，很明显排序是按照单个字符顺序排的，而完成进�
��排序理应按照数值的大小来排的。
