Also, though you indicate the meaning of the unit x at the very beginning of the Results section, it might help to redefine x again when you get to the text of the discussion. (The visual org of the poster as is encourages us to consider other information between the introduction of x and the discussion of x, which makes it more likely for readers to have forgotten what x is intended to capture) You might also consider combining the parameters used section within the model section of the poster.
