feat(updated-time): added a new method getLatestUpdatedTime #208

I wanted a feature to get the latest updated time from the store to decide if I should force update the app. Any other developers want this feature?

The latest changes are tested and working on both iOS and Android For any other developers who wants this feature now, its hosted as @mydidian/react-native-version
